换血疗法治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床研究
Clinical Research on Exchange Transfusion Therapy for Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia

目的：探讨重度新生儿高胆红素血症行换血治疗后的疗效。方法：对2010年2月~2012年2月本院收治的重度新生儿高胆红素血症患儿给予换血治疗，观察换血前后胆红素及各项生化指标的变化。结果：经过换血治疗，胆红素值下降64.8%，其余指标无明显改变。结论：换血疗法能有效降低血胆红素值，是一种安全有效的治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的方法。

Objective: To explore the curative effect after the blood exchange transfusion treatment for the severe neonatal hyperbilirubinemia neonates. Methods: The severely hyperbilirubinemia newborn who was received by our department from 2010 February to 2012 February received the blood exchange transfusion treatment, and the changes of bilirubin value and other indexes before and after the treatment were observed. Results: After the treatment, bilirubin value dropped 64.8%, and the others show no significant changes. Conclusion: Blood exchange transfusion treatment can effectively reduce the blood bilirubin value; it is a safe and effective treatment for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
