职校学生的心理健康现状及冲动性人格特征调查研究

Abstract:
目的：了解中等职业技术学校学生心理健康状况和冲动性人格特征，为学校心理健康教育和进步干预提供依据。方法：应用SCL-90症状自评量表、经北京回龙观医院自杀与防控中心修订的中文版barratt冲动性人格特征量表，对随机抽取的重庆市3所职业技术学校2770名学生进行问卷调查。结果：1) 报告有心理健康问题的检出率为18.7%；2) 职校学生的冲动性人格特质量表得分显著高于重庆大学新生；3) 通过回归分析发现冲动性人格特质中三个维度都进入了回归模型，其中以行动因子对心理健康的预测作用最强。结论：冲动性人格特质是心理健康的重要影响因素，在对心理问题进行干预时应考虑不同人格特质采用有针对性的方法。
