CONSULTA DE ENFERMERíA A PORTADORES DE DIABETES MELLITUS E HIPERTENSIóN ARTERIAL: LA INTEGRACIóN DE LA EDUCACIóN Y LA PRáCTICA DE CUIDADOS DE LA SALUD CONSULTATION OF NURSING OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DIABETES MELLITUS AND ARTERIAL HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE: INTEGRATING EDUCATION AND HEALTH CARE PRACTICE

Este estudio tiene como objetivo describir la experiencia de docentes del Curso de Graduación de la Escuela de Enfermería Anna Nery/Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, en la supervisión de alumnas en las consultas de enfermería a los pacientes portadores de diabetes mellitus e hipertensión arterial en una unidad básica de salud del municipio de Río de Janeiro. En este trabajo se enfatiza, principalmente, la utilización de un instrumento de evaluación del paciente durante la consulta, buscando optimización y la integración de la educación a la asistencia prestada. Se cree que la sistematización de la consulta de enfermería a los pacientes portadores de diabetes Mellitus e hipertensión arterial posibilita la identificación precoz de complicaciones y el establecimiento de medidas de prevención de los da os y de promoción de la salud de estos pacientes. This study had how aim to report the experience of teachers of the Degree course in Nursing of the School of Nursing Anna Nery/ Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, in the pupils' supervision in the consultations of nursing the clients with diabetes mellitus and arterial high blood pressure in a health basic unity of the Rio de Janeiro. In this work, there is emphasized, principally, the use of an instrument of evaluation of the client during the consultation, aiming for the optimization and integration of the education and health care practice. It is believed that the systematization of the consultation of nursing to clients with diabetes mellitus and arterial high blood pressure, makes possible the precocious identification of complications and the establishment of measures of prevention of the injuries and of promotion of the health of these individuals.
