Deposi o electroquímica

Descrevemos globalmente o processo da deposi o electroquímica (ECD), apresentando os fenómenos químicos e físicos relevantes e os seus modelos explicativos fundamentais que permitem relacionar quantitativamente as principais variaveis, fazendo uma síntese que sirva de ponto de partida a futuros desenvolvimentos e possibilite do ponto de vista prático um mais eficaz controle deste importante processo industrial. We describe the overall process of electrochemical deposition (ECD), introducing the relevant physical and chemical phenomena and their fundamental models that enable us to relate quantitatively the main variables, making a synthesis that will serve as a starting point for future developments and enable from a practical point of view, a more effective control of this important industrial process.
