Optimisation of the investment programme of the region development Оптимизация инвестиционной программы развития региона

The article is devoted to the problem of formation of integral and efficient regional investment portfolio of projects, which would assist the region to come to a new economic and social level. The article considers variants on solution of this problem by means of solution of a dynamic and combinatoric task of optimisation with parameters, which are a solution of the task of making decisions with linguistic variables. Работа посвящена проблеме формирования целостно-эффективного регионального инвестиционного портфеля проектов, который поможет региону выйти на новый экономический и социальный уровень. В работе рассмотрены варианты по решению этой проблемы путем решения динамической, комбинаторной задачи оптимизации с параметрами, которые являются решением задачи принятия решений с лингвистическими переменными.
