SELECTING CONTRACTOR WITH COOPERATE VIKOR MODEL (Case Study wheat flour mill)

This paper emphasizes the contractor selection in the wheat flour mill industry, it focus on prequalify and qualify the contractor that only involve with assembling the product lines, in the first step we tried to find out the important criteria on selecting contractor in mill industry and then process come to the giving weight to criteria with entropy method. With the VIKOR (Vlse Kriterijumska Optimizacija Kompromisno Resenje) method we tried to solve multiple criteria decision making problem with conflicting and non-commensurable criteria and determine compromise solution through the quantity and quality criteria.
