Globalisation and Integration Factors of Transformation of European National Models of Economic Development Глобализационные и интеграционные факторы трансформации европейских национальных моделей экономического развития

The article considers specific features of national models of economic development of European countries and marks out exogenous and endogenous factors of their transformation. It analyses in detail exogenous factors of transformation, which include processes of globalisation, namely such forms of its manifestation as techno-globalisation, financial globalisation and regional integration. The article marks out the most significant changes including redistribution of labour force from industry and agriculture into the sphere of services, transition of managerial functions to supra-national bodies, expansion of multinational corporations with state ownership as a response to challenges of trans-nationalisation of economy, increase of volumes of financing innovation policy, activation of innovation business activity, development of green innovations, increase of tax load on able-to-work population due to the growth of the share of unable-to-work population, and expansion of state and private partnerships as a dominating vector of economic development. В статье рассмотрены особенности национальных моделей экономического развития европейских стран, выделены экзогенные и эндогенные факторы их трансформации. Подробно проанализированы экзогенные факторы трансформации, включающие процессы глобализации, в частности такие формы ее проявления, как техноглобализация, финансовая глобализация, а также региональная интеграция. В работе отмечены наиболее существенные изменения, среди которых перераспределение рабочей силы из сферы промышленности и сельского хозяйства в пользу сферы услуг, переход функций управления к наднациональным органам, распространение ТНК с государственной собственностью как ответ на вызовы транснационализации экономики, увеличение объемов финансирования инновационной политики, активизация инновационной деятельности бизнеса, развитие зеленых инноваций, увеличение налоговой нагрузки на работоспособное население в связи с ростом доли неработоспособного населен
