Abstract:

This pa-per re-pre-sents a the-o-re-ti-cal study of chan-ges of fun-da-men-tal op-ti-cal pro-per-ti-es in symme-tric per-tur-bed qu-a-si-two-di-men-si-o-nal struc-tu-res – na-no-film mo-le-cu-lar crystal pat-terns. The energy spec-trum and the sta-te of ex-ci-tons, as well as the-ir spa-tial distri-bu-tion along the bor-der layer (by layers) was fo-und on the ba-sis of adju-sted Green’s fun-cti-ons and analytic-nu-me-ri-cal cal-cu-la-ti-ons. Re-la-ti-ve per-mit-ti-vity was de-ter-mi-ned and the in-fluen-ce of li-mit pa-ra-me-ters on the oc-cur-ren-ce of re-so-nant ab-sorp-tion was stu-died. De-pen-den-ce of the ab-sorp-tion in-dex on the fre-qu-ency of ex-ter-nal elec-tro-mag-ne-tic fi-eld was fo-und and se-lec-ti-ve ab-sorp-tion de-fi-ned with na-no-films with symme-tric bor-der sur-fa-ces.
