O martelo, o Prego e a Cruz: mitologia nórdica, o heavy metal e o cristianismo

Through this paper I intend to discuss the presence of Norse mythology on heavy metal music, as well as it’s relation with Christian religion through its lyrics. Through some aspects of norse mythology that are present on music and some characteristics of heavy metal music, I intend to demonstrate the vision of a Christian religion as an oppressor to both themes.
