INTERVIEW: Quick, Social and Collaborative - wiki-based user documentation at APC by Schneider Electric

In the software documentation department at APC by Schneider Electric in Kolding, Denmark, Technical Writer Pernille Bagger Nielsen writes user documentation for the software developed by the company.
