Marcas en la producción cerámica artesanal. Hacia una arqueología de la identidadKeywords: Marks , Ceramic Technology , Identity. Abstract: Within the framework of a project centered in the study of the images and identities before and after the Spanish conquest one discusses here to the nature of certain marks and some patterns and elements of design, that would have worked in the same way that marks, in ceramic material registries coming from contexts of funeral and domestic type of the Quebrada de Humahuaca, dated between centuries XV and XVII. Unlike the design elements, some of the marks made deliberately during the manufacture of pieces ceramics or after her, have been an aspect of the human behavior practically not investigated in Argentina Archaeology. From a comparative study marks and elements and patterns of design in pieces were identified ceramics twin, characteristic of the style Provincial Inca and Post conquest, associated with ceremonial libatorios rituals or convites. Its study from an ample technological perspective allows us to approach several tie subjects with the organization of the production of ceramics of the region between which they stand out: the identity of the potter or the different centers from production and the identity of the consuming public.
