Research on Hybrid Assessment Algorithm based on Local Search for Risk Management in Virtual Enterprise

This paper presents a hybrid assessment algorithm based on local search for the risk management problem in virtual enterprise. Using this method, the entire risk level of the virtual enterprise is minimized by combination optimization of risk solutions with the constraint of risk investment. Results of numerical tests show the effectiveness of the algorithm and it is the scientific management method for virtual enterprise risk management.
