Competence in Multilingual Education

The article deals with the competence approach towards the study of Kazakh, Russian and English languages as part of the cultural program of the "Languages Trinity" and multilingual education. Change of the educational paradigm demands close attention of the teachers of Russian language to the methodological tools of graduates’ language training as a way to enhance the competitiveness of future professionals.
