Topical issues and trends in training and retraining of tourism personnel for the Winter Olympics 2014 in Sochi

The main problems are analyzing in the article on the basis of investigated materials by 2006 and the key directions are examining in the system of training and retraining of the tourists employees for Olympic Winter Games of 2014 in Sochi, the results of the directors examination in tourist industry in Sochi are presented. The attention is also given to lingual preparation of employees for Olympic Games.
