Rural Settlements in Tunceli-Ovac k District

In this study is aimed determining of characteristics and problems about physical planning of the rural settlements in Tunceli-Ovac k district and suggestions for solution of these problems.Investigated villages in this study are classified as mountain, forest and lowland. The mountain and forest villages are unplanned dispersed settlements and lowland villages are unplanned collected settlements. Three villages were determined in the three different settlements and three farms were selected in every village. The total 27 farms were investigated. As a result of this study, the substructures problems of the settlements were determined social service buildings as school, village clinic in the settlements didn’t exist.
