THERMAL CHARACTERIZATION OF SEMICONDUCTOR BI2TE3 MATERIALS USING DSC

been studied for both n and p type semiconductors based on Bi2Te3 alloys. The elemental composition of the studied alloys has been established by EDXRF analysis. The materials are used in manufacture of thermoelectric generators and coolers.
