NPP EQUIPMENT LIFETIME MANAGEMENT UNDER AGEINGKeywords: Steam generator , heat-exchanged tubes , Kalman filter , martingale , optimal management principle. Abstract: This paper deals with the problem of nuclear power plant (NPP) equipment lifetimeprediction with the use of information about damage processes, operation conditions andpreventive actions. The developed model is based on Kalman linear stochastic filter. For steamgenerator heat-exchanged tubes we use the martingale theory for predicting the number ofsuppressed heat-exchanged tubes to the next control. Finally, we formulate the principle of SGlifetime optimal management.
