Two Cases With Cervical Cord Compression in The Same FamilyKeywords: Spinal cord , neurofibromatosis , familial Abstract: Familial spinal neurofibromatosis (FSN) is a rare localised subtype of neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF-1), in which the spinal cord tumors are the main clinical characteristic. Only a few families have been reported to date. In this report we describe a family in which the father and son affected. The patients aged 16 and 45 years had cervical cord compression and operated due to spinal neurofibromas at upper cervical levels.
