Entre o campo e a cidade: estratégias organizacionais visando a permanência do jovem no campo

The migration of rural youngpeople to the cities has been a constantconcern on the part of civil and publicorganizations involved in the process ofreproduction of familiar agriculture.Therefore, organizational strategies aimingthe residence of this youth in thecountryside have been developed. Thisarticle focuses in particular on twostrategies placed on pratical under a ruraldevelopment project called “Living in theCountry”: the first in the economicproductivefield and the second one in thecultural field and leisure through thecreation of a group of theater-education.The article also discusses aspects ofinterfamiliar relations in the countryside.
