Corporalidades de la migración: Performances e identificaciones bolivianas y peruanas en Buenos Aires

This paper aims to investigate the modes inwhich current regional migrations are embodied incertain performances, through an analysis of the processof constructing collective identities in two cases: theBolivian and Peruvian communities in Buenos Aires.From a vision of migrants as active subjects, we showcreative uses of body to build identifications that questionthe stereotypes with which they are stigmatized.
