Abstract:

This paper’s objective is to evaluate the perceived quality of the Website of an online bookstoreusing the Barnes and Vidgen Model. Implemented over the Internet, this empirical researchcollected data on the perceived quality of the Website, used to sell products and online services.The questionnaire used to gather the data was answered by a convenience sample of 213respondents. The importance of quality attributes and the dimension of perceived quality wereinvestigated. The results indicate that the three dimensions named Reliability, Usability andInformation were the most noticeable.
