Effect of Social Changes on Chinese Language Change in Translation

Under the Social linguistic theories about the interactions of language changes and social changes, the author compares two Chinese versions of an English text Gone With the Wind, which were finished in different time periods, trying to trace the change of Chinese language since the 20th century and find out the deep rooted factors affecting this change.
