專論/大學社群之共同故事萃取研究/阮明淑 | The Study on Extraction of Common Organizational Story within University Community / Ming-Shu YuanAbstract: 說故事(storytelling)為人類傳承文化及智慧的一種方式。在組織中,透過說故事能有效的轉移內隱知識,促進組織內外的溝通及學習,並有 助於組織價值的建立。大學是創新知識的重要來源之一,在知識經濟時代中佔有重要地位,若能善加利用說故事之方式,必能更有效傳播大學之理念、精神與文化。 因此本研究以世新大學為個案研究,使用深度訪談法萃取大學社群之組織共同故事,及共同故事對社群成員的意義與價值。研究結果歸納出六類世新大學之組織共同 故事,而其中,創辦人對於世新大學組織中之資深教職員影響深遠。 Storytelling is a way of passing on wisdom and culture. In an organization, storytelling can transfer tacit knowledge effectively, improve communication and learning among members, and create organization value. Universities are important resources of innovative knowledge in the age of knowledge-based economy. The idea, spirit, and culture of universities can be conveyed effectively by storytelling. Based on the in-depth interviews, this study extracts common stories within university community and the meaning and value of those stories. Shih Hsin university is the survey object in this study. The result indicates that there are 6 types of common story in Shih Hsin University. furthermore, the common story about the founder of the institute has the greatest influence in the organization. 頁次:64-80
