Ombres et Lumieres en la Matiere de la Succession dans la Vision du Code Civil

Adopting a new civil code, in public and parliamentary debate is a good opportunity to addressthe philosophy of succession in the Romanian Law by more flexible rules, able to remove thediscrepancies with the European legislation and to induce the celerity in the legal act. The comments andthe details cited in the study are being designed to present in the debate those elements able to improve thelegislative process, in an extremely sensitive moment in the history of the Romanian law.
