Of a Critical International Relations Analysis in Terms of Image-Reality and Functionality

This paper studies how it is possible to conduct International Relations and the studies on it ina style purified from the false image. Therefore it is tried to construct a framework a model for analysiswhich will cover the relations among societies and states from the initial periods onwards in terms oforiginality and functionality, with the help of theoretical and phenomenological/historical references.It has been regarded necessary to find and comparatively present human data from the East and theWest in order to complete this study. In fact the existing policy of human communities will be trulyunderstood, and this will prepare the ground and atmosphere for functional relations in this naturaldevelopment and existence process.Theoretical and practical suggestions will be discussed for the culture, human and state model,which can be regarded as the basic pillars of the existence policy of the Turks in process from Asiato Europe, and this is compared to policies in the Western world based on Political Realism. A beingconstructing culture and politics, the human being has such a responsibility as to found an economicand social system which is appropriate for differences in the world to live together in peace. In order toreach this goal it is necessary to conduct functional studies without being attached to the false image.
