Duodenal Obstruction in Down’s Syndrome Due to Malrotation and Duodenal Web

This case reports on a child with Down’s syndrome who had initialpresentation of intestinal obstruction due to malrotation for whichshe went through correction via laprotomy and later found to haveduodenal web with persistent vomiting after correction of themalrotation.
