In the first years of Rebuplic, the researches related to history and citizenships and also identifyingthe frame ofNation-Goverment ideology are made. Citizenship civics lesson boks as main texts in creating Nation-Goverment citizenship are to be in Turkish history. So this study aims to give a shape the Civilized Knowledges for the Citizen book which helps forming concept of citizenship and published to show its embrace and its traces in political life ofTurkish. n this study, the writer of the book, Afet nan, is introduced and it is showed that the book is gathered together by using which sourches and proccesses. t explains the definition of citizenship which Kemalism as a model lesson book aims to form with the help of the examples from the book. According to the definition of nation, it is researched that the founder staff of Republic used which main arguement in the citizenship. According to the gotten datas, it is evaluated the effect of Civilized Knowledges for the Citizen on the identifying citizenship concept.
