Formation of technologies for the solution of strategic problems of spatial development of urban planning systems / Формирование технологий решения стратегических задач пространственного развития градостроительных систем

The authors study the problems of urban planning sustainability of territory in the context of formation strategy of sustainable society. The paper reveals the factors increasing the sustainability of urban planning system and of its elements. The principles of controllability of territory-spatial system were formulated. / Исследуется проблемы градостроительной устойчивости территории в контексте стратегии формирования общества устойчивого развития. Выявлены факторы, повышающие устойчивость градостроительной системы и ее элементов. Сформулированы принципы управляемости территориально-пространственной системы.
