Remote Sensing Image Processing Based on Matlab/Simulink

Based on Matlab/Simulink, the modules which were provided by the Video and Image Processing Blockset were mainly used, and by means of simulation models on histogram equalization, median filter and sharpen, remote sensing images were made an enhancement processing. In contrast to the former images of the experiments, the latter images were found to be more detailed and clearer, and the feasibility of enhancement processing of RS image based on Matlab/Simulink was discussed. The results show that the operation of building simulation model is very simple, and the model can use repeatedly, which is convenient for the researcher who are skillful at programming to make a fast effective enhancement processing of RS image.
