A case of tuberous sclerosis diagnosed with multiple acrochordons

Tuberosclerosis (TS) is an autosomal dominant neurocutaneousdisease characterized with the triad of mentalretardation, epilepsy and adenoma sebaceum. The mostcommon affected organs are skin, brain, heart, eyes andkidneys whereas all organs can be involved. A 40-yearoldmale patient admitted to our clinic with a complaintof acrochordons in his neck and diagnosed with tuberosclerosis.The dermatologic signs of this rare disease arepresented and discussed with recent literature.
