JAK2 inhibitors and transplant in myeloproliferative neoplasms

Among the chronic myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN), primary myelofibrosis (PMF) has the most severe course with a median survival of less than 6 years, although some patients survive longer than 10 years and an improved survival has been demonstrated in recent years.
