Monoclonal antibody therapy for adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia is an emerging therapeutic option which offers substantial opportunities to improve treatment results. The evidence in favor of this approach is presented as a challenge to develop new clinical trials and extend the therapeutic benefit to all patient and disease subsets.
