Successful treatment of coronary artery pseudoaneurysm by graft stent, which developed after the implantation of bare metal stent

Although coronary artery pseudoaneurysm which couldoccur following percutaneous coronary interventions is arare complication, it can be mortal. As soon as the pseudoaneurysmis diagnosed, it should be treated by percutaneousintervention or surgery. Graft stent implantationis a preferred treatment for appropriate patients. In thiscase report, we presented a successful treatment of coronaryartery pseudoaneurysm by graft stent; which developedafter the implantation of bare metal stent into theleft anterior descending coronary artery.
