A Leser-Trelat Syndrome Associated with Renal Adenocarsinoma and Benign Prostat Hypertrophia

Lesser-Trelat is generally known to be one of the cutaneous findings of vicceral occult cancer and is associated with diffuse seboreic ceratosis. That finding is an important clue for a clinicianand when is noticed it has to be cleared up whether there is a vicceral oc cult cancer. We report a case with leser-trelat syndrome, thought to be associated both with renal adenocarsinoma and benign prostat hypertrophia present in a same patient.
