Arranjos Produtivos Locais (APLs) como Estratégia de Desenvolvimento

This research inquity to analyze the importance of territorial agglomerations, with emphasis on Local Productive Arrangement, for developing regions. Therefore, we used this research, besides the literature review, analysis of a questionnaire administered to leaders of one of the major public policies aiming at territorial development in Brazil, the National Policy for Regional Development from the Ministry of National Integration (MI). The results showed that in the implementation of policies by this research, the Locals Productives Arrangements influences positively the reach of its objectives and is an strong tool support, having an outstanding importance among the factors that stimulate development.
