O Direito do Trabalho e a Globaliza o: notas para um debate

What it is intended with this work, is to conjugate plain of analysis legal with contributions in the sociological scope. The Right of the Work must be in constant exchange and development to be able to adapt the realities. Thus the norms of guardianship of the basic rights of the workers try to give to effectiveness the constitutional ruleses in the scope of the work. They represent a notable expansion politics of the Right of the Work, that leaves to be worried about the wage conditions of the worker only to be worried about the right of action constitutional in the interior of the company in its condition of citizen. The globalization of the economy in them demands a vision and revision of its different dimensions. Important to debate on the type of globalization, its reach and which the possible politics, as they must be lead, and as the international agencies must act as the OIT and also the unions. Therefore if it cannot be unaware of the deep modifications for which they pass the work relations. More than what to give answers, the main objective of the present study is to bring the fire some reflections.
