A Novel Analysis of T Mac and S Mac Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks Using Castalia

Wireless sensor networks have been kept evolvingdue to the advancements in various technologies like radio,battery and operating systems in sensor elements but macprotocols are still most important in wsn because the exactimplementation of communication among sensors is derived bythe mac protocols. Battery consumption, network lifetime,communication latency, packet collisions are some veryimportant factors those depends on mac protocols used in awireless sensor networks. T Mac and S Mac have been twolandmark protocols in wireless sensor networks protocolsbecause of their utility and ease of implementation along withsimplicity.
