WATER QUALITY MONITORING SYSTEM IN THE DALE OF HERNáD RIVER

Water quality monitoring systems are apply to determine the water components from Hernád River in Hungary. They show the changing of water parameters taken as a function of time and place. The data of monitoring system and our measurements were compared. Numerous water samples from Hernád River were analyzed by modern analytical methods. Results of monitoring system and our measuring show that values of characteristic water parameters are beyond the limit values. According to our observation the water quality of Hernád means a good quality category. The pollution of Hernád River is minimal. The water’s smell and colour are natural. It contains number of species, but the number of entities not too large. Our plan is that we will control the quality of Hernád Rivers regularly. We would like to analyze or modelling the spreading of pollution, too.
