Need of Agile Development

This paperreviews the important aspects of traditional and agile methods ofsoftware development. It also explains the properties of bothmethodologies by making comparison between them. We willdiscuss the flaws and challenges faces by traditional developmentprocesses and how will agile overcome them which leads us to theconclusion that agile have an edge upon traditional methods.
