Imaginário e constru o da realidade: um olhar sobre as visualidades do Vale do Amanhecer

Este trabalho tem por objeto o Vale do Amanhecer – que vem a ser um movimento místico-esotérico fundado em Brasília no final dos anos 60, por “Tia Neiva”, marcado por um intenso sincretismo entre catolicismo, espiritismo, religi es afro-brasileiras e elementos da nova era principalmente – buscando analisar as constru es simbólicas, presentes nas imagens e nas narrativas míticas do movimento, à luz da teoria do imaginário de Durand, nos utilizando também de outros autores que buscam compreender o simbolismo como Eliade. Almejamos tra ar um percurso sobre tais constru es simbólicas, destacando como as mesmas se organizam e se articulam em seus regimes de imagem.This work is about the Valley of Dawn – that is an esoteric-mystical movement founded in Brasilia in the late 60’s by “Tia Neiva “, marked by a strong syncretism between Catholicism, spiritism, african-Brazilian religions and elements from the new age - trying to analyze the symbolic constructions, present in the images and in the mythic narratives of the movement in the light of the Durand’s theory of the imaginary, also using the other authors who seek to understand the symbolism as Eliade. We aim to set a course on such symbolic constructions, highlighting how they are organized and articulate in their schemes of images.
