La relación entre el rol del empleado, la satisfacción familiar y la satisfacción laboral

This study presents the results obtained from a literature review of scientific articles-published between 2000 and 2012- related to job satisfaction. This paper presents the findings of several studies which establish the close relationship between work and family life, the role conflicts and its influence on job satisfaction. According to the literature review, there is a close relationship between different aspects of both family satisfaction and job satisfaction. Finally, it also establishes that there is a negative influence of the role conflict on this construct.
