La noción de justicia como herramienta explicativa de los vínculos entre las prácticas discursivas educativas y las políticas socialesKeywords: education , educational policies , social justice , Latin America Abstract: This article presents a reflection as well as an alternative reading regarding the concept of educational justice in order to support educational innovations about a new conception of social justice for all the identities and subjects who participate in such a process. This proposal involves adapting Nancy Fraser’s approach and its tridimensional model of justice to make a critical approach. Such an approach would make it possible to redefine the mision and vision of education regarding social justice. In doing so, it is aimed to create new conceptualizations to modify institutions and social structures. Finally, it must be said that new answers to currenteducational needs can emerge from those conceptualizations.
