On returning to the future

Wine making has a mythological heritage that art and religion have expressed profoundly and that modern science complements. This symbolic wealth came out in an agricultural context and, therefore, sacred. To explore ancient and new wine making iconography in Boyacá, involves assessing social foundations framed in a religious mixture and complement which genuine expression is agriculture: symbiotic indicator of life in altitude.
