Procedimientos discursivos y formas de humor en las columnas periodísticas francesas y espa olas

Discourse procedures and forms of humour in Spanish and French newspapers. The aim of this paper is to examine and to compare varieties of humour in both discourse contexts Spanish and French newspapers, and to show how through comparative analysis we can study discourse aspects of humour in communication: what humour is about, its targets, its effects, the importance of sarcasm or irony, the role of certain types of incoherence such as paradox and nonsense. We shall take examples from our corpus of newspaper articles highlight differences between Spanish and French discourses. (Spanish text).
