Image Interpolation framework using non-adaptive approach and NL meansKeywords: Image Interpolation framework , NL means , non-adaptive approach Abstract: Image interpolation is a process that converts from one resolution to another without losing the visual content in the photo. The application of interpolation involves viewing and magnification of satellite images, online image, to see the face of specific member from the historical group photo clearly or to identify a license plate or a face in law performance. In medical imaging, physician wants to zoom in on specific parts of CT scanned image. Above all the processes need to enlarge image size to see the detailed information and to determine clearly. When the small size images/portions are enlarged, they can be degraded due to blocky and jaggy effects. This process must be followed by interpolation process. This is the challenge to get sharp or clear image from these processes. Many interpolation methods are arisen. However, most photo editing software can not develop the result images with clear information. Our main contribution is to restore or sharp blurred images due to zooming or magnification process and to assist in medical analysis. In this paper, we used NL(non-local) means interpolation method; it can recover texture well. We also mention experiment how our process is efficient and produce high quality images for medical imaging.
