"La reivindicación de la diferencia en el Romanticismo alemán" Es en la discusión filosófica que tuvo lugar en Alemania en los alrededores del a o 1800, entre el Idealismo y el Romanticismo, cuando se forjaron las directrices básicas que guiarán todo planteamiento posterior acerca de la subjetividad, tanto en favor de ella como en su crí-tica más radical. El Idealismo, representado por Fichte y Schelling, y que culminó con Hegel, supone la radicalización de la subjetividad moderna. Este movimiento puso los fundamentos de la comprensión sistemática del mundo en un Yo absoluto, autoconsciente y que no admití-a ningún tipo de diferenciación interna ni externa. El primer Romanticismo, en cambio, centrado en el pensamiento de Friedrich Schlegel, Novalis y Hí lderlin, partí-a de la interioridad, de la espontaneidad de la vida subjetiva individual. El sujeto romántico era un individuo con sentimientos, instintos y entendimiento. Su riqueza no se dejaba atrapar en un pensamiento sistemático, sino que sólo el arte era capaz de expresarlo con toda su riqueza. El primer Romanticismo supuso el descubrimiento de la variedad, de la inseguridad, de la inconsecuencia y de la contradicción del sujeto en la Modernidad. The first Romanticism (centered in the thoughts of Schlegel, Novalis and H lderlin), however, was developed by the main consideration of the spontaneous and individual subjective life. The romantic subject was an individual with feelings, instincts and understanding. This kind of wealth was not let catch in a systematic thought but do it in the frame of the artistic expression. The first Romanticism supposed the discovery of the variety, the insecurity and the contradiction of the subject in Modernity.
