This work focuses on plagues and economic crises occurred in a Turkish state calledIkhshid’s (935-969) in Egypt. In this period, because of drought and frequent changes in the Nilemany famines occurred and these famines produced plagues. Both natural disasters and foreignattacks against Egyptians faced great difficulties. Soldiers and the public revolted. Rulers failed tosolve these problems. Tens of thousands of people died from famine and plague started in 969and lasted for 9 years having weakened by these problems. Ikhshid’s could not resist Fat midsarmies come from the North Africa and collapsed.
