A Global Information System Model Based on Mobile Infrastructure

The informative messages represent in every organization a central element for sending data about financial situations, group meetings or special events which will happen in the future. This paper intends to present a model for a global information system based on technologies and infrastructures that already exist in mobile environments. The proposed system has real chances of success in Al. I. Cuza University in order to manage the transmission of the students’ grade situations.
