Its objective consists in improving the quality of human resources management. The professional character of the social audit devolves from using a rigorous methodology and a deep understanding of the analysed domain. The social audit area of action is very large due to the fact that all the problems of human resources mobilisation arise from and affect the entire organization. The social audit involves not only the permanent employees of the organization, but also all its collaborators.
