OPTIMAL PLANNING OF MATERIAL AND TECHNICAL SUPPLY OF BUILDING PRODUCTION AT STOCHASTIC DEMAND

Problem statement. The only benefit of an enterprise in making stocks of raw materials is the use of wholesale discount made by supplier at purchase of large lot of materials. Therefore, there is a problem of optimization involving the choice of an optimal purchase amount which permits the enterprise to reduce its costs.Results and conclusions. The main problem of planning of the raw material amounts is stochastic character of demand for such materials. In that case, the deeper the planning, the higher the uncertainty. We suggest the model which makes it possible to form purchase strategy with consideration for the uncertainty arising at the stage of planning. Costs associated with storage of extra stocks during some period of time is taken as the criterion of optimality.
